Restore the Surface.

Whether you're tearing out a failing epoxy garage floor, restoring a limestone retaining wall, prepping a concrete pool deck for resurfacing, or cleaning historic brick on a downtown façade — dustless blasting handles it without the limitations of pressure washing or the mess of chemical strippers.

Adjustable pressure means we can dial down for soft brick and old mortar, or dial up for stubborn epoxy and polyurea coatings. Water suppresses dust by up to 92% — so we can work in residential neighborhoods, downtown areas, and around livestock without disrupting anyone.

Spring 2026 update: Nebraska winter does brutal damage to outdoor concrete. Chloride deicers and freeze-thaw cycles leave driveways and garage aprons covered in white efflorescence streaks, salt-spalled pitting, and stained sealer that pressure washing simply can't touch. May is when most homeowners walk out, take a hard look, and realize the surface needs more than a power wash. We're booking 1–2 weeks out for residential concrete work right now.

  • Driveways & aprons — winter salt damage, efflorescence, oil stains, sealer breakdown
  • Garage floors — epoxy, polyurea, and paint coatings stripped clean
  • Patios & pool decks — old paint stripped, ready for resurface or seal
  • Brick & stone façades — paint, soot, and pollution off original masonry
  • Historic restoration — calibrated pressure preserves original character

Why Dustless Wins

Beats Pressure Washing
& Chemical Strippers.

Concrete and masonry have specific challenges. Here's why dustless blasting handles them better.

Pressure Washing & Chemicals

  • Pressure washing only removes loose dirt and surface grime
  • Can't touch embedded salt, efflorescence, or chloride deicers
  • Chemical strippers are toxic, slow-curing, and bad for landscaping
  • Multiple applications needed for thick coatings like epoxy
  • Traditional sandblasting erodes mortar joints and soft brick

Dustless Blasting

  • Goes through coatings, stains, salt residue, and contaminants — not just surface dirt
  • Strips efflorescence and embedded chloride deicers from winter
  • No chemicals — eco-safe water + abrasive media only
  • One pass — even the toughest epoxy comes off in a single session
  • Calibrated pressure — safe for historic mortar and soft brick
Concrete & Masonry FAQ

Common Questions.
Real Answers.

Why does my driveway look so bad after winter?
Nebraska winters are brutal on concrete. Chloride deicers (road salt, ice melt) penetrate the surface and crystallize into white efflorescence streaks that pressure washing can't remove. Repeated freeze-thaw cycles cause salt-spalling — flaky, pitted concrete where the surface is literally breaking apart. Add winter oil drips, tire-tracked salt residue, and sealer breakdown, and most Nebraska driveways look terrible by May. Dustless blasting strips all of it down to fresh, profiled concrete in a single pass — ready for staining, sealing, or just left as a clean finish. Booking 1–2 weeks out for May and June residential work.
Can you remove epoxy coating from a garage floor?
Yes — epoxy and polyurea garage floor coatings are common removal jobs. Dustless blasting strips the coating cleanly without damaging the underlying concrete. After we're done, the floor is profiled and ready for re-coating, staining, or sealing. Most single-car garage floors are stripped in 2–4 hours.
How is this different from pressure washing?
Pressure washing removes loose dirt and surface grime. Dustless blasting removes embedded coatings, paint, oil stains, rust marks, salt residue, and contaminants that pressure washing can't touch. Where pressure washing tops out at surface cleaning, dustless blasting goes down to the substrate — exposing fresh, profiled concrete or masonry underneath.
Can you clean brick without damaging the mortar?
Yes. Adjustable pressure means we dial down the intensity for soft brick and old mortar joints. Water in the process keeps the substrate cool and reduces erosion compared to traditional dry sandblasting. We test on a hidden section of the wall before committing to visible surfaces, especially on historic masonry where preserving the original character matters.
Do you do driveway and patio cleaning?
Yes — driveways, patios, sidewalks, and pool decks are regular work. We remove paint, sealer, oil stains, salt residue, tire marks, and years of weathering. The result is a clean, profiled concrete surface ready for staining, sealing, or simply left as a fresh finish. Coverage rates vary, but most residential driveways are done in a half day.
Will dustless blasting damage limestone or natural stone?
No — limestone, sandstone, granite, and other natural stones can all be cleaned safely with dustless blasting. The water-suppressed process is gentler than traditional sandblasting on porous stone, and adjustable pressure lets us match the intensity to the stone's hardness. Common natural stone jobs include retaining walls, building façades, fireplace surrounds, and architectural elements.
What about historic masonry restoration?
Historic masonry is one of the most rewarding parts of this work. Decades of paint, soot, and pollution come off cleanly, exposing the original brick or stonework underneath. We discuss each project carefully before starting — original mortar joints, hand-fired brick, and softer historic stone all need calibrated pressure and the right media to restore without erosion. Not every blaster handles this work; we do.
