From Frames to Rims.
Bare Metal, Every Time.

Whether you're restoring a 1969 Chevelle frame, prepping fleet trucks for repaint, stripping antique tractor sheet metal, or bringing a set of rims back to bare aluminum — we handle it all on a single mobile rig.

Dustless Blasting® injects water into the abrasive stream, which means no heat buildup, no panel warping, and no damaging the original metal geometry. Adjustable pressure lets us dial in the right intensity for everything from delicate restoration panels to industrial farm equipment.

Spring 2026 update: Restoration season is here. Classic car projects targeting summer cruise events, farm equipment prep ahead of planting and pre-harvest cycles, and fleet refreshes are stacking up fast. May and June bookings are filling 1–3 weeks out — get your project on the schedule.

Dustless vs Traditional

Why Restorers Pick PBS.

The difference between dustless and traditional sandblasting matters most on automotive work.

Traditional Sandblasting

  • Heat warping on thin sheet metal panels
  • Dust clouds — banned in many shops and downtown areas
  • You haul the project to their shop — frame transport headaches
  • Multiple passes for paint, primer, filler — 3x the labor time
  • Silica exposure risks — OSHA compliance complications

Precision Blasting Solutions

  • No warping — water cools panels as we work
  • Dust suppressed up to 92% — work in any environment
  • Mobile — we come to your shop, garage, or driveway
  • One pass — paint, primer, filler, rust gone simultaneously
  • Eco-safe — no airborne silica, no toxic chemicals
Auto Blasting FAQ

Common Questions.
Real Answers.

Is the spring 2026 restoration schedule filling up?
Yes — May and June are peak season for automotive blasting. Classic car restorations heading toward summer cruise season, farm equipment prep before planting and pre-harvest, and fleet refreshes are all stacking up. We're booking 1–3 weeks out for most automotive projects right now. Send Kevin a photo to lock in your window.
Will dustless blasting warp my car body panels?
No. Traditional dry sandblasting generates significant heat that can warp thin sheet metal — especially on classic cars and lightweight body panels. Dustless blasting injects water into the abrasive stream, which cools the surface as we work. The result is a paint-and-rust-free panel with the original metal geometry fully intact. We adjust pressure for the panel thickness and test on hidden areas before committing to visible surfaces.
Can you blast a whole car frame on-site?
Yes — frames are one of our most common automotive jobs. We come to your shop, garage, or driveway with the full mobile rig. Whether the frame is on a rotisserie, jack stands, or still in the body shell, we can work the geometry. Most full frames are stripped to bare metal in 4–8 hours of blast time, ready for primer the same day.
Do you do rims and small parts?
Absolutely. Rims, brake calipers, suspension components, motorcycle tanks, engine brackets — small parts are quick wins for us. We can blast a full set of rims down to bare aluminum in under an hour. Bring them to the rig location or we'll set up at your shop.
Will my paint and primer come off in one pass?
Yes — dustless blasting strips paint, primer, body filler, and surface rust simultaneously in a single pass. No need for multiple stripping rounds, chemical strippers, or hours of sanding. Whatever's on the surface comes off, exposing the bare substrate underneath.
What about classic cars and restorations?
Classic restoration is one of our specialties. Old paint layers, decades of body filler, surface rust, and original primer all come off cleanly without warping the original metal. We've worked on muscle cars, vintage trucks, motorcycles, and antique tractor restorations across Nebraska. May and June are especially busy for classic car projects targeting summer cruise season — send us a photo of your project and we'll talk through the approach.
Can you handle fleet vehicles and farm equipment?
Yes — fleet trucks, trailers, plows, combines, tractors, and farm equipment are regular work for us. Spring is peak season for farm equipment prep ahead of planting and pre-harvest service cycles. Farm equipment in particular benefits from dustless blasting because we can work in barns and on acreages without creating dust clouds that contaminate hay, feed, or livestock areas. We come to the equipment, not the other way around.
